The  professional background of Mediator Mantione includes presiding in over 3000 ADR matters. He has had Arbitration Awards published in CCH, BNA & LRP reporters.

His credentials include an extensive thirty plus years of labor, management, construction, training, consulting and impartial/non-advocate experience including labor contract negotiations, contract administration, arbitration, mediation, workers' comp., pensions, NLRB, RLA, EEOC, OSHA, ERISA, DOT, PDA, ADA, and FMLA compliance functions. He served ten years on a medical insurance review board and was very active in  maternity, unemployment compensation dispute representation, discipline systems development, benefits, pension, insurance programs, grievance and comprehensive benefits training programs development.  


Mantione Consulted in the development of pioneering  Labor-Management Committees in both private and public sectors to promote labor peace and aid in economic development. He also assisted with the inception  of a Troubled Employee Referral Program (TERP - a forerunner of modern EAP programs). He  also served on the Florida Labor Management Conference Steering Committee and was Chair of the Awards Committee.


Mantione is the former St. Petersburg 4th Street Club Middleweight Champion and was also honored with The Most Heart Award. He later served as  a Fight Judge.
